National Transfer Student Week is October 21-25, 2024.
Current Transfer Students
You are well into your transfer journey at Texas State. The Transfer Center is here to support you with the Transfer Student Online Group, Transfer Center Events, and Transfer Ambassadors.
Transfer Ambassadors and Transfer Center Programming
Connect with a Transfer Ambassador at our events, our online programs, or during their study hours. Transfer Ambassadors are students who transferred like you and have experience adjusting to the university. Learn how to get involved with your Transfer Ambassador.
Transfer Online Group
You will be invited to participate in the Transfer Online Group in your first semester. The Transfer Online Group is hosted on Canvas, the learning management system we use at TXST. There, you will find:
- Weekly announcements relevant to your transfer experience
- A discussion board where you can ask questions and receive answers from Transfer Center staff or other transfer students
- Recordings of Virtual Transfer Center programs
- Information about TXST resources that you can reference throughout the semester
